From Architecture to Farmer-Florist [Video]

Earlier this week I had the pleasure and privilege of chatting with a fellow local Buffalo business owner and friend, Jenn Smith, of Flourish Careers. Jenn is thoughtful, caring, and encouraging, and as a Career Coach she helps people realize their career intentions and turn them into reality.

Jenn has coached hundreds of people all across the world! I am honored to share my experiences I’ve had while pivoting from the traditional workforce into business ownership in this video. Jenn allows me space to describe my career story starting with the confusion I experienced in architecture school to where I am now with Heirloom Soul Florals.
